This is an example of a tree that has been allowed to grow extremely close to the home, which puts the home’s foundation at risk for roots to disturb. Limbs also have the potential to mess with the home’s roofing system, as well as acting a little passageway for critters to make themselves at home on your roof, attic, and/or chimney😮
This is a tankless water heater. The compact system provides on-demand, unlimited hot-water by running a cold water line into the tankless water heater so that water just flows through the heating element, where traditional tank-style models heat the water up in batches hold it in the tank until it’s ready to be used.
